1. Shot blasting– shot blasting is very common to remove unwanted markings in warehouses and car parks. This is where tiny beads hit the surface of the unwanted markings at very high power to the chip and crack away at the unwanted lines. One thing to consider if you want shot blasting is this process for when the surface is being re-textured.
2. Surface grinding– surface grinding is done using a machine that usually has a vacuum, which means it will leave minimal to no dust and debris. The device has a circulating disk that grinds the paint away and produces a smooth finish on the surface. This method is preferred because it helps add texture to the surface.
3. High-pressure water blasting– high-pressure water blasting is the most effective and mess-free option. This is especially recommended if you want to repaint the surface where we have removed the previous paint. The reason behind this is that the surface will be dust, dirt, and debris free. Our professional and qualified time comes in and paints a new line on the surface. This method will help us counterpart of high-quality paint for the most durable, time efficient and high-quality performance rate.
4. Blackout paint – blackout paint is the most cost-friendly procedure to go ahead with. This will cover the previous paint you want and provide the new line, stencil, lettering or numbers in a nice black or grey box under the fresh paint.
5. High pressure & steam cleaning – Steam cleaning is an effective and more eco-friendly way of cleaning concrete because we only use water. The steam will penetrate even the tiniest places to lift and remove all the gunk you don’t want. We also clean using high-pressure cleaning, where we will use water and a high-pressure cleaner machine to force out debris, dirt, stains, and algae from the surface of the concrete.

Concrete sealing is when we apply a layer of sealer to protect the concrete from any surface damage, staining or corrosion. The sealer also blocks out any pores in the concrete to limit water absorption, salts, or any type of material to go inside the pores and ruins the concrete.

There are many ways to grind concrete, but at aligned marking, we use a handheld machine with one of our professional and qualified time members controlling it. Grinding concrete removes all imperfections and inconsistencies in the concrete. This results in the concrete having a smooth and useable surface. Even if your concrete is old and very damaged, grinding the concrete will renew the concrete. We always recommend sealing the concrete after grinding.

Epoxy floor coating is applied to concrete flooring. Epoxy creates a smooth, shiny, and sometimes decorative surface. Epoxy is very durable and has a stunning finish that makes it suitable for all floors, from residential to commercial to industrial flooring. Polyurethane coating is also applied to concrete to improve the cleanability and maintenance of the concrete and creates a more scratch-resistant floor. A big question we get asked is, which is better, epoxy or polyurethane? Polyurethane floor coating is flexible and elastic, whereas epoxy is hard. This means that polyurethane coatings are more resistant to starches, and similar damages and epoxy are much stronger than polyurethane flooring.
